Tommy Harper ripped 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI and Lew Krausse hurled a fine
complete game shutout as the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Kansas City
Royals by a score of 7 to 0 at Municipal Stadium.

Harper provided much of the offense. He cracked a solo homerun in the 6th
inning and smashed a solo-shot out of the park (his 8th of the season) in the
9th inning. Milwaukee had 9 hits for the night.

Krausse(4-5) was credited with the shutout. Jim Rooker(4-2) was tagged with
the loss. He pitched 5 innings and surrendered 7 hits and 5 walks.
