as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Kansas City Royals by the score of 4 to
2 at Municipal Stadium.
The game was won by Baltimore with a run in the 8th inning. After an out was
recorded, Johnson blasted a solo shot (his 1st of the season). Baltimore won
despite being out-hit by Kansas City 11 hits to 8.
The victory was credited to McNally(3-0) who went the distance, allowing 2
runs. Moe Drabowsky(0-1) took the loss in relief.
